Bob Dziuban

Bob Dziuban has a long and successful career in the field of management. From 1995 to 2018, they held various roles in different companies. From 1995 to 2012, they were the Executive Director of the Optical Laboratories Association, during which time they directed the association's successful evolution through several membership and governance changes, as well as multiple dues restructurings. Bob also overhauled the accounting and information management systems to optimize operations and profitability. In 2012, they became the Vice President of the Optical Laboratories Division at The Vision Council, where they successfully negotiated a merger of Optical Laboratories Association (OLA) with The Vision Council. Bob then managed the integration of OLA as the Optical Laboratories Division. In 2013, they became the Program Manager at the Wireless Innovation Forum and the Managing Director at the Microscopy Society of America. In 2014, they became the Executive Director at the Coalition for Procurement Reform. In 2017, they became the Senior Vice President at Drohan Management Group. Finally, in 2018, they retired.

Bob Dziuban has a long and varied educational history. Bob began their studies in 1965 at Duke University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1969. Bob then continued their studies at Duke University, earning a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching in 1970. Following this, they attended the University of Virginia and George Mason University, taking graduate classes in 1973 in School Law, Counseling, Supervision, Educational Philosophy, Management, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, and Psychological Measurement. In 1991, they attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they completed an Executive Program in Professional Management. Finally, in 1994, they obtained a CAE Certification.
