Ragunath Umanath

Ragunath Umanath is an experienced professional in the fields of Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Embedded Software Development. Currently serving as a Feature Engineer at Qualcomm since December 2021, Ragunath also works as an Engineering Consultant with WSI, open to various assignments. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Developer at Stoneridge, focusing on the research and development of Computer Vision algorithms, alongside a Master Thesis project on low-complexity trailer tracking and detection. Ragunath has also interned at Scania Sverige, optimizing the localization of autonomous vehicles, and contributed as a project member for a stress sensor at Assistive Technology at KTH. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Systems, Control, and Robotics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
