Janice Farrell-Rawls

Janice Farrell-Rawls, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Director of People & Engagement at Wireless Vision, a position held since January 2019, after previously holding the title of Field Director in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director at Sundance, Inc./Old West Properties from July 2016 to January 2019. Janice's extensive background in human resources also includes roles such as Senior Regional Human Resources Manager and Associate Relations Manager at Rite Aid Pharmacy, as well as Regional Human Resource Manager at Blockbuster. Earlier positions include Human Resource Manager at Lowe's and BORDINE NURSERY, LTD. Janice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Ashford University and obtained a PHR certification from the University of Phoenix.
