Katie McCarty

Katie McCarty has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Consultant for Organizational Development and Client Support at MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at Wireless Vision from December 2015, including Field Manager of People and Engagement and Human Resource Business Partner, as well as Human Resources Manager at Wireless Vision Technologies. Earlier in their career, Katie spent nearly a decade at Target, where roles encompassed Executive Team Leader in areas such as Human Resources, Salesfloor/Guest Experience, and Asset Protection. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Central Michigan University.
