Layla Muhammad

Layla Muhammad, SPHR, MBA, is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across major companies such as Wireless Vision and T-Mobile. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Wireless Vision, Layla provides strategic oversight to various departments, supporting over 4,000 employees and 500 retail locations. Previous roles include Director of Culture & Talent Development, where Layla was responsible for talent development programs and HR initiatives for 1,200 employees, and Director of Sales overseeing multi-unit operations in the East Region. At T-Mobile, Layla held positions including Regional Sales Director, managing a territory generating $10 billion in annual revenue, and District Sales Manager, directing multiple corporate stores. Layla holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University.
