Mehdi Gmira

Mehdi Gmira's work experience includes being the VP of Engineering at Wiremind since January 2021. Before that, they worked at Wiremind as a Lead Developer from March 2018 to December 2020. Mehdi also worked at Pricing Assistant as a Software Engineer from February 2017 to March 2018. Prior to that, Mehdi was a Fullstack Software Engineer at wiremind from October 2015 to February 2017, where they mainly focused on the backend of the revenue management software. Mehdi had a role as a Machine Learning Intern at autobiz France from April 2015 to September 2015, where they developed a new way of pricing used cars using Python, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and SQL. Mehdi also worked as a Catastrophe Risk Analyst at AXA in 2014, where they contributed to the development of the company's Internal Catastrophe Model. Finally, their work experience includes a short stint as a VBA software developer at Carrefour in February to March 2013.

Mehdi Gmira has a Master's degree in Science and Engineering with a specialization in Geostatistics from Mines Paris, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Mehdi also holds a Master's degree in Statistics from Pierre and Marie Curie University, which they attained in 2015. Mehdi's earlier education includes completing MP* in Mathematics and Physics at Lycée Louis Le Grand from 2011 to 2012 and MPSI in Mathematics and Physics at Lycée Descartes from 2010 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained a TOEIC certification with a score of 985/990 points from ETS in 2015.
