Vladimir Khoetsyan, PhD

Vladimir Khoetsyan, PhD has a wealth of experience in various fields. From 2007 to 2018, they worked as a Lecturer at the State Engineering University of Armenia, Head of Programming at SEUA, Head of Information and Communication Technology Department at the State Engineering University of Armenia, and Project Manager (Senior Programmer) at ADT LTD. In 2008, they Co-Founded Dinamica Testing Centre and became its CEO. In 2013, they Co-Founded Renderforest and became its CTO, and also became Head of Armenian Development Team at Bills.com. In 2017, they were a Deputy Assistant at the National Assembly of Republic of Armenia. In 2019, they became an Education Mentor at Ayb School. In 2018, they Co-Founded Wirestock and became its CTO, where they established all the technological processes, built up and led the tech team, and created and supported development workflow and methodology.

Vladimir Khoetsyan began their education in 2001 at Yerevan State University as a student in the field of Physics. From 2005 to 2007, they continued their studies at Yerevan State University as a Graduate Student in Physics. Vladimir then pursued a PhD in solid state physics and quantum mechanics from 2007 to 2010 at Yerevan State University. Vladimir completed their PhD in 2010.
