Nico Amoroso

Nico Amoroso has a strong background in IT and has held various roles throughout their career. Nico started as a System Analyst at State Farm, working on web interface development. Nico then moved on to Krahl Construction, where they served as a Network Administrator, ensuring system reliability and providing support for over 215 users. After that, they became the owner of an IT Consulting firm, where they installed phone systems and implemented server upgrades for clients. Nico then joined Cook's Direct Inc. as an IT Manager, responsible for administering ERP, CRM, and E-Commerce platforms, as well as managing network infrastructure and cyber-security. Most recently, they worked at Breakthru Beverage Group as a Director of IT Operations, where they successfully managed projects, maintained a large IT budget, supported thousands of users across multiple businesses, and oversaw the implementation of new ITSM and migration projects. Nico is currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of IT at Wirtz Corporation.

Nico Amoroso holds a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS, Magna Cum Laude, from Millikin University. Additionally, Nico has obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft.
