Carmen Ruck

Carmen Ruck has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Carmen is currently serving as the COO of WISAG Aviation Service Holding GmbH since 2022. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of Ground Operations at Ryanair from 2016 to 2021. At LaudaMotion GmbH, from 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Ground Operations, where they revised and aligned the Ground Operations Manual, updated the Emergency Response Manual, and provided training and coaching to their successor. Carmen also had a long tenure at Ryanair, where they served as the Regional Manager for Northern Europe from 2009 to 2016 and as a Base Manager from 2007 to 2009. Carmen began their career at Flughafen Frankfurt-Hahn GmbH, where they held the positions of Deputy Manager of Airport Operations from 2005 to 2007 and Loadcontroller from 2000 to 2007.

Carmen Ruck studied Politikwissenschaft (Political Science) at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
