Emily Ewoldt currently serves as the Pyramid Model Lead at the Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health, focusing on implementing social-emotional practices in early childhood programs in Southern Wisconsin. Prior experience includes working as a Youngstar Rater at Shine Early Learning, where Emily utilized the Environment Rating Scales for program ratings. Emily also spent several years as an Early Childhood Specialist at Community Coordinated Child Care, Inc., providing technical consulting and training to enhance early childhood program quality. Previous roles include directorships at St. Mary's Child Care Center and Mary Linsmeier Schools, as well as supervisory responsibilities for preschool sites at Dane County Parent Council. With a robust teaching background in various early childhood classrooms, Emily holds a Master's in Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
