Eric Diamond has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eric started their career as a Teacher at Spring Creek Lodge Academy from September 2003 to October 2005. Eric then worked as a Director/Outpatient Therapist at Western Montana Mental Health Center from September 2006 to August 2011. Eric joined Community Care Inc as a Regional Director in September 2011 and stayed until April 2013. Eric then worked as a Behavioral Health Manager at Washington County Human Services Department from April 2013 to February 2015. Eric then transitioned to the role of Client Services Director at the same department from February 2015 to January 2016. Eric further progressed to become the Human Services Department Administrator at Washington County Human Services Department from January 2016 to January 2017. From January 2017 to February 2020, Eric served as the Director Of Outpatient Programs at Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division. In November 2020, they established their own practice, Diamond Mental Health, LLC, where they provide video-based TEAM Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Psychotherapy, Training, and Supervision. Eric simultaneously worked as the Director of Innovation and Strategic Projects at Wisconsin Community Services since February 2020. Eric recently joined Feeling Good Institute in July 2021 as a Psychotherapist.
Eric Diamond completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work from the University of Montana between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1993 to 1999. Eric Diamond also has a Level 3 Advanced TEAM-CBT Therapist certification from the Feeling Good Institute, which they obtained in September 2021.
