Krystal Esty

Krystal Esty has a diverse range of work experience in the music education field. Krystal is currently serving as the Associate Director of Education at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music. Prior to this, they worked as a Private Trumpet Teacher at Trumpet Studio, where they provided lessons to students of all ages and emphasized a holistic approach to trumpet playing.

Krystal also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where they served as a Graduate Conducting Associate and Assistant Pep Band Director. In these roles, they assisted with coordinating and directing university bands, conducting rehearsals, and handling payroll for the pep band.

Additionally, Krystal worked as a Teacher/Counselor/Program Assistant at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, where they ensured the safety and security of student campers and taught various music classes, including sectionals and chamber ensembles. Krystal was also involved in editing and producing camp concert programs.

Krystal Esty obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in K12 Instrumental Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 2004 and 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master of Music degree in Wind Conducting and Trumpet Performance at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2010 to 2013.
