Jocelyn Schoeneck has extensive experience in human resources and juvenile justice, currently serving as the HR Program Officer - Field Services Section Chief at the Wisconsin Department of Corrections since February 2008, with previous roles including Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Coordinator, Deputy Compact Administrator, and Juvenile Services Specialist. Prior to this, Jocelyn held the position of Match Support & Enrollment Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County and was a Recruiting Team Lead at Oxford Global Resources. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Juvenile Justice from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, along with study at Universidad de Sevilla.
