Ananda de Oliveira Mirilli is a dedicated advocate for racial justice with extensive experience in education and community engagement. Currently serving as Director at nINA Collective since March 2020, Ananda Mirilli fosters creativity and innovation in addressing systemic inequities from a global and intersectional perspective. With roles such as Education Equity Consultant at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and various positions within the Madison Metropolitan School District, including Family, Youth and Community Coordinator, Ananda Mirilli has consistently implemented best practices for community involvement and youth support. Previous experience includes directorship of restorative justice programs at YWCA Madison and youth coordination at Centro Hispano of Dane County. Ananda Mirilli holds an EdD in Educational Leadership from Alverno College and has a strong educational background in Human Services and Education Leadership.
