Danielle Gallant

Danielle Gallant is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since June 2013, Danielle previously worked at Brevard Workforce as a Technical Recruiter, where skills in locating talent, developing recruitment strategies, and coaching job seekers were honed. Experience at GSI Commerce included roles as a Recruiting Coordinator and Human Resources Processing Specialist, where Danielle managed full life-cycle recruitment, streamlined onboarding processes, and increased diversity in candidate pools. Early career internships provided foundational skills in performance evaluation and career services. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
