Melissa Kimball

Melissa Kimball has extensive experience in forensic toxicology and analytical leadership, currently serving as the Chemical Test Section Chief at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since January 1999, where responsibilities include overseeing the Breath Alcohol Program and training law enforcement officers in breath alcohol testing. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Process Chemist at Snap-on Incorporated from 1992 to 1998. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
