Michael Baron

Michael Baron has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career as a Lab and Project Manager at the American Red Cross, where they led a laboratory service operation and implemented process improvement initiatives. Michael then moved on to Covance, where they served as an Operations Manager and successfully managed a chemistry laboratory. At the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, they worked as a Lab Manager and oversaw phlebotomy operations, leading to a decrease in employee absenteeism. Michael also worked as a Personal Trainer at Fitness Management Group and as an Instructor part-time at the University of Phoenix. In the U.S. Army Reserves, they achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and gained recognition for their leadership skills.
