Paula Drew

Paula Drew is an experienced professional in the Early Care and Education sector, currently serving as the Director of ECE Research & Policy at the Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA) since May 2018, where efforts are focused on advancing research and policy to effect change. Previous roles include Director of Special Projects and Co-Director of the Wisconsin Early Education Shared Services Network, which aims to stabilize the child care market in Wisconsin. Additional experience includes positions as a Research and Policy Analyst and Outreach Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Executive Director at Creative Learning Preschool. Paula holds a Master of Science in Human Ecology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
