Joe Lawniczak

Joe Lawniczak has extensive experience as a Downtown Design Specialist at Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation and Wisconsin Main Street, completing numerous façade renderings, conducting design training sessions, and writing articles on preservation and sustainability. Additionally, Joe has provided design and preservation consulting services to various organizations and has volunteered for multiple committees and organizations. Prior to their current roles, Joe worked as an Architectural Draftsman/Designer at Berners Schober Associates, Inc. with a focus on historic building restoration and large scale building projects.
