Bill Tyler is an experienced professional in emergency and crisis management, currently serving as the Manager of Emergency & Crisis Management at Exact Sciences since May 2021. With expertise spanning several organizations, Bill functions as a WISCOM Subject Matter Expert for the South Central Health Care Coalition, and as Logistics Section Chief for the State of Wisconsin's All-Hazards Incident Management Team. Bill has been actively involved in the SW Wisconsin All-Hazards Incident Management Team as a co-coordinator and has served as an Adjunct Instructor for Wisconsin Emergency Management since 1999.
