Julie Duran

Julie Duran has extensive experience in web services, with a background in COBOL programming and Unix system administration. Julie has held various titles such as Director of Web Services, Sr Web Architect, and Software Services Director at WELS. Julie also worked on web site development at Alverno College and as a Scheduler at Bucyrus International. Julie holds a degree in Computer Science and Programming from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has also attended Milwaukee Business Institute and Wisconsin Lutheran College.
