Michael Fank serves as the Quality Manager at Wisconsin Metal Parts, Inc since August 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as Quality Manager at Grede Holdings LLC from April 2013 to July 2022, where Michael directed a performance improvement plan that achieved an 80% reduction in year-over-year rejections and contributed to the development of the Grede Corporate Quality Standard. Previous roles include Metallurgical Process Engineer at J&L Fiber Services, Inc, where design and implementation of quality improvements took place, and a researcher at the UW-Madison College of Engineering, focusing on copper sulfide nanocrystals for photovoltaic applications. Michael began a career in quality and materials engineering with internships in mechanical testing and design from Hamilton Sundstrand and ITW Ark-Les. Michael holds a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering with a focus in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2011.
