Kathryn Leverenz serves as the President and CEO of the Mathematics Institute of Wisconsin, a role held since April 2016, focused on enhancing mathematical literacy among K–12 educators and higher education institutions. Leverenz also holds the position of Vice Chair at the Wisconsin Philanthropy Network since 2013 and previously led the Waukesha County Community Foundation as President and CEO from 2011 to April 2016. Prior experience includes serving as the Planned and Major Gift Officer at Waukesha Memorial Hospital from 2004 to 2011. Kathryn Leverenz's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in French and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University-Wisconsin. Community involvement includes roles on the Donors Forum of Wisconsin Board of Directors and Carroll University's President's Advisory Council, as well as participation in the Women's Center Violence Prevention Initiative.
