Tyler Byrnes

Tyler Byrnes is a Researcher at Wisconsin Policy Forum, where they have been working since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tyler served as a Budget and Policy Analyst at Wisconsin Department of Administration from June 2008 to November 2016. Tyler holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Studies from University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they are expected to complete in June 2024. They also received a Master of Public Policy from University of Northern Iowa in June 2008, and completed their undergraduate studies at Ripon College in May 2004.
