Jim Winistorfer

Jim Winistorfer is an accomplished leader in factory automation and business management with extensive experience spanning several industries. Currently serving as President & Head Coach at Doig Corp since June 2015, Winistorfer specializes in robotics, mechatronics, and machine safety solutions. Additional roles include Director at the Wisconsin State Golf Association, a member of Vistage Worldwide and the Association for High Technology Distribution, and past president of Ozaukee Economic Development. With a strong educational background, including an MS in Management Technology and a BS in Industrial Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Winistorfer has also held executive positions at Modern Equipment Company, Reliant Glass and Door Systems, and Milwaukee Electronics.
