Jim Winistorfer is an accomplished leader in factory automation and business management with extensive experience spanning several industries. Currently serving as President & Head Coach at Doig Corp since June 2015, Winistorfer specializes in robotics, mechatronics, and machine safety solutions. Additional roles include Director at the Wisconsin State Golf Association, a member of Vistage Worldwide and the Association for High Technology Distribution, and past president of Ozaukee Economic Development. With a strong educational background, including an MS in Management Technology and a BS in Industrial Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Winistorfer has also held executive positions at Modern Equipment Company, Reliant Glass and Door Systems, and Milwaukee Electronics.

The Wisconsin State Golf Association was formed and exists for the general purpose of promoting and conserving, throughout the State of Wisconsin, the best interests and the true spirit of the game of golf. The WSGA is a 501[c]6 organization comprised of member golf clubs located in the state of Wisconsin and individual golfing members.
