Lydia Olejniczak

Lydia Olejniczak, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Wisconsin Steel & Tube Corporation, a position held since June 2021 after progressing through roles such as Human Resources Lead and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Lydia gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Pregis and held various positions within the UWM Society for Human Resource Management, including Director of Communications. Additional internships include work as a Human Resources Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and as a Social Media Marketing Intern at DeafandHoH.com, LLC. Early career experience encompasses roles in customer service and kennel care at Blaze Pizza, LLC, Canine Kids, LLC, and Shopko. Lydia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned in 2021.
