Morna K. Foy

Morna K. Foy has been with Wisconsin Technical College System since April 1998, holding various titles such as President, Vice President of Policy and Government Relations, Special Assistant to Interim System President, and Policy Advisor. Prior to that, Morna K. Foy worked at Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau from July 1989 to April 1998 as a Senior Program Evaluation Supervisor. Morna K. Foy received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education Leadership and Policy from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015, a Master of Public Affairs (MPA) in Finance and Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington in 1989, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1984.
