Karen May is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Board Member at By The Bay Health and an Advisor for the Kindred Minds Advisory Board and Wisdom Ventures, Karen has contributed significantly to the evolution of People tech. A strategic advisor for Wisdom 2.0, Karen also held a key position on the Board of Trustees at Mills College, where responsibilities included serving as Vice Chair and contributing to major strategy initiatives. Previously, Karen was Vice President of People Development at Google, overseeing talent development for over 100,000 employees and leading innovative programs in executive development and employee wellbeing. Founding RedFish Consulting and co-founding Terranova Consulting Group, Karen has a track record of providing tailored consulting services to executive teams in high-growth environments.
