Shilpi Bordoloi

Shilpi Bordoloi currently serves as an Advisor for the UK and Europe at WisdomCircle and as a Partner at SpringBoard Talent, a leadership advisory and executive search firm focusing on private equity, financial services, agritech, and life sciences. Previously, Shilpi was the Lead Executive Talent at PwC, where responsibilities included partnering with senior leadership to enhance strategic hiring. Shilpi spent nearly two decades at Egon Zehnder, holding roles such as Head of Research and Head of Talent in the UK, managing a team of around 50 researchers. Earlier experience includes a position as Team Leader in Financial Services at the International Management Institute, along with roles in research and teaching assistance during the MBA program. Shilpi holds an MBA in Finance from IMI Delhi and a BA in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
