Ana Woods-Hill, CPP has over 18 years of work experience in payroll operations and management. Ana began their career in 2002 as a Payroll Operations Manager at a PEO, where they gained extensive knowledge and expertise in processing and compliance challenges. In 2010, Ana joined Aerotek as a Payroll Supervisor, where they played a crucial role in managing payroll operations for the company. Their responsibilities included recruiting and staffing services. In 2016, Ana joined Wise Consulting Associates as a Team Lead, Managed Payroll, and eventually transitioned to the role of Manager. In their current role, they offer hands-on support and guidance to a team of certified payroll professionals and partners with clients to deliver successful and compliant payroll results. Ana is also a founding member of Wise Consulting's ESOP Communications Committee.

Ana Woods-Hill, CPP has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of South Florida. Ana also holds a Certificate in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
