Sheldon Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. Sheldon began their career at Publix Super Markets where they worked as a Customer Service Representative Team Lead for four years. In 2017, they joined ADP and took on various roles, including a Client Support Specialist, an Escalation Support Specialist, and a Support Manager. During their time at ADP, Sheldon demonstrated strong leadership skills by overseeing the Client Support team, providing technical guidance, and analyzing performance data. In 2022, they joined Wise Consulting Associates as a Business Consultant.
Sheldon Reynolds completed their education with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management from Lake-Sumter State College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Strayer University, which they completed from 2018 to 2019.
