Tabatha Gonzalez-Olaechea serves as the Director of Development & Multicultural at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC since January 2023, dedicated to the mission of saving lives of children with cancer and other serious diseases. Tabatha is also the Co-Chair of the ALSAC Hispanic Employee Resource Group (EARG), serving a two-year term. Additionally, Tabatha has been on the WISE DFW Board since January 2019, focusing on empowering women in sports, events, and nonprofit industries. Previous experience includes roles at Make-A-Wish North Texas as Vice President of External Relations & Events, where over $20 million was raised, and as Director of Business Development. Tabatha also held positions at TGO Consulting, Envy Publications, Anres Technologies, and Novolink Communications. Tabatha holds a degree in Engineering, Management Science from Southern Methodist University.

Through meaningful relationships with like-minded professionals, we strive to help members maximize their potential.
