Kon Stoilas

Kon Stoilas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Trainer at NAB in 1998 and later worked as a Senior L&D Facilitator at CitiPower. In 2001, Kon joined the Melbourne Junior Chamber of Commerce as the Director of Training, where they directed learning programs for 230 members. They then transitioned to the role of People and Capability Lead at Claytons Group from 2003 to 2006. Kon continued their career at Toyota Technical Center - Australia as a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2010, they became a Franchise Owner at Sucieta, managing the growth strategy and operations. Since 2009, Kon has been associated with WISE Employment, initially working as a Learning and Development Manager before progressing to the role of Head of Organisational Development & Learning. Currently, Kon serves as the Head of PMO at WISE Employment.

Kon Stoilas has a diverse educational background. Kon attended Victoria University from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Optoelectronics. In 2002, they briefly studied at the University of Melbourne, obtaining a Cert IV Training and Assessment.

In 2017, Kon Stoilas completed an Executive Coaching program at IECL and also participated in the Customer Centricity course at Kellogg Executive Education. The same year, they enrolled in Neurozone to study Psychoneuroimmunology, focusing on optimizing the brain-body system for high performance.

Moreover, Kon Stoilas has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. These include becoming a Neurozone Certified Practitioner in 2019, completing the WISE Wellbeing Coach training from WISE Employment in the same year, and achieving the level 2 Executive Coach certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in 2017. Kon also gained various certifications in areas such as job evaluation, project management, quality management systems, and workplace training and assessment.
