Lara Maria is an experienced Employment Consultant at WISE Employment, specializing in assisting clients to improve their circumstances and create new futures since May 2021. Prior to this role, Lara served as CEO of Lara Nicholls Solutions from August 2014 to February 2021, where expertise included online business coaching and strategizing within the health and wellness sector, leveraging 15 years of experience and five years of running a global wellness business. Additionally, from May 2019 to June 2020, Lara was the Team Leader for Telehealth Solutions at Beyond Elevated, focusing on the rapidly growing telehealth industry. Lara holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Waikato and a Certificate IV in Fitness, Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the Australian Institute of Fitness.
