Matthew Lambelle

Matthew Lambelle serves as the Chief Executive Officer of WISE Employment, a purpose-driven non-profit organization in Australia dedicated to empowering individuals through employment and enhancing community well-being. With over two decades of experience at WISE Employment, Matthew has held several key roles, including General Manager Strategy & Alliance, where leadership encompassed business performance and development of multiple ventures with a combined budget of $7 million and 220 staff. Earlier, as Divisional Manager, Matthew managed Disability Employment Services with a $2 million budget and a focus on business planning in alignment with funding contracts and legislation. In addition to these roles, Matthew was the founding Chairman of Flemington Financial Services Ltd., leading its establishment as a community bank. Educational accomplishments include an Advanced Certificate for Executives from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University Australia.
