RJ (James) has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. RJ started their career in 2004 as a Technical Recruiter at OTSI Technologies. In 2006, they worked as a SR Technical Recruiter/Sales at iNEK Technologies and as a BDM/Team Lead of Recruitment Division at TARKSHYA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Integrated Software Solutions as a Business Development Manager and Account Manager/Team Lead of Recruitment Division. In 2010, they moved to Compugra Systems Inc as a Sr. Account Manager. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Scadea Solutions, Inc. as a Sales & Client Relationship Head. Most recently, they worked at Wise Equation Solutions Inc. as an Operation Manager (Business Development) and Operations Manager. In their roles, RJ was responsible for developing successful business relationships, handling client accounts, assigning requirements to the recruiting team, leading fulfillment for clients, sourcing candidates, marketing consultants, managing third-party vendors, and conducting interviews.
