Lynn Giddens-Branscum began their work experience in 1995 as the Billing and Collections Manager at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Lynn then worked as the Patient Accounting Manager at JPS Health Network from 1999 to 2005. In 2007, they joined Wise Regional Health System as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle and Audit.
