Paula Rodrigues

Paula Rodrigues is currently the Head of People at Wise Pirates, where Paula also holds the title of Talent Guardian. With extensive experience in consulting and project management, Paula previously worked at Câmara Municipal do Porto as a Consultant for the partnership "Jobs and Skills in the Local Economy." Paula has also served as a Board Advisor at akapeople and has held various HR roles at different organizations such as Project Manager and Head of Career Services, Alumni & Corporate Relations. Paula's educational background includes a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and an MBA in Management, among others.
