Cade Stinemetz

Cade Stinemetz is currently the Director of People and Culture at Wise Rock, Inc. Previously, Cade held the position of Director Commercial Business Development & Optimization at Phillips 66, where he managed external relationships with other oil/gas super majors across multiple markets. In addition, Cade worked as a Business Analyst at AdvantEdge 66, where he played a key role in the Value Chain Optimization project and successfully rolled out a new methodology to over 200 employees. Prior to that, Cade worked as a Contract Management Project Lead, overseeing a $500K+ IT project for the Midstream business. Cade's experience also includes working at Ranger Machining, LLC as a BOP production specialist and as a Marketing Intern at IMG. Cade's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from Auburn University.
