Max-Henri Bailly

Max-Henri Bailly has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Max-Henri is currently the Director of Information Technology at Wise Systems, Inc., where they are responsible for empowering employees with tailored business technology solutions and optimizing internal tools and technologies. Max-Henri also manages IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts. Prior to this, Max-Henri served as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Wise Systems, Inc., where they developed data-driven insights and solutions to streamline sales and customer value processes.

Before joining Wise Systems, Inc., Max-Henri worked at Traction on Demand as a Team Lead Business Consultant and later as a Strategic Solutions Manager. Max-Henri was responsible for leading business consultants and implementing strategic solutions. Max-Henri also worked as a Solutions Engineer at Wise Systems, Inc., where they served as a technical liaison for a key customer and developed essential processes.

Max-Henri has also gained experience in healthcare as a Patient Service Aide at CIUSSS de l'Est-de-l'Île-de-Montréal. Additionally, they have held positions at Witbe as a Professional Services Manager and a Technical Account Manager. Max-Henri started their career as a self-employed Webmaster and IT services provider.

Earlier in their career, Max-Henri worked as a Project Coordinator at Défi Belgique Afrique and as an Instructor and Lifeguard at SCC.

Max-Henri Bailly obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from McGill University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain from 2010 to 2012, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in the same field from the same institution from 2006 to 2010.
