Andreea Octavia Balmos

Andreea Octavia Balmos has extensive experience in customer support and service delivery management, currently serving as the Wise Platform Service Delivery Manager since July 2015. In this role, Andreea leads a global Enterprise Customer Support team, focusing on service delivery for Wise's platform partners while enhancing customer resolution and retention metrics. Previous positions at Wise include Business Customer Support Area Lead and Senior Lead, where Andreea managed large teams, developed operational strategies, and ensured adherence to customer service standards. Andreea's career also includes roles at British Gas as a Customer Account Manager and various positions in retail and hospitality. Andreea holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences in Cluj-Napoca.
