Elyza Mae Telog

Elyza Mae Telog is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and employee management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior People Operations Lead for APAC at Wise since October 2017, Elyza has also held positions as People Operations Lead and HR Executive within the same company. Previous experience includes working as an HR Coordinator at Unity Group, where Elyza developed a leave tracking system, and as a Human Resource Executive at Maha Arul Sithi Construction and Engineering, focusing on personnel administration and employee welfare. Earlier in the career, Elyza was an HR Specialist and Human Resources Associate at Teleperformance, managing compensation and benefits, employee performance appraisals, and various HR processes. Elyza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of St. La Salle.
