Jaclyn Yap

Jaclyn Yap is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Analytics Lead at Wise since April 2023. Previously, Jaclyn was the Head of UK Analytics and Product Analytics at Livi UK from August 2021 to February 2023. Jaclyn's extensive background includes roles as Senior Analytics Manager and Lead Analytical Consultant at Merkle, as well as a Data Scientist position at World Vision Australia. Early career experiences include roles ranging from Junior Marketing Analyst at World Vision Australia to Insights Analyst at Telstra, with foundational work as a Research Project Officer at RMIT University. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems with a focus on Information Technology from Monash University, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
