Nikki Godley currently serves as Design Director at Wise, leading the Expansion design pillar focused on Design Systems, Product Discovery, and Wise Platform, aimed at enhancing customer understanding through high-quality design solutions. Previously, Nikki held various roles at Skyscanner, including Director of DesignOps, overseeing the DesignOps function across eleven disciplines, and establishing operational foundations. Nikki's experience also includes freelance work as a Senior Producer at CreateFuture, producing an award-winning multi-market campaign, and roles at DigitasLBi_UK and Lost Boys, where innovative social content and integrated campaigns were key contributions. Nikki's educational background includes a BFA in Film and Animation from the Rhode Island School of Design and additional studies at Edinburgh College of Art and Seattle University.
