Ricardo Amaral

Ricardo Amaral has extensive experience in developing financial services across Latin America, with a focus on both retail and digital environments. They have successfully launched products in regulated markets, including Cuba, and have expert knowledge in deal structuring and account management. Currently, they serve as the Head of Banking & Expansion for Latin America and Brazil Country Manager at Wise, driving growth and cross-border product offerings. Previously, Ricardo held various roles in notable companies such as GE, Western Union, and Danone, and earned an MBA from IAE Business School. Their adaptability is underscored by having lived and studied in five different countries.
