Over 25 years of experience helping multinational companies achieve transformational growth by building strong internal capabilities and successfully executing on strategic acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Wiseasy, Lay Cheng was EVP and Group Head of M&A for ST Engineering Ltd and had held regional leadership positions with global companies including Experian and United Technologies. She was previously also a board director of iCare Benefits (formerly Mobivi Vietnam).
