Cristian T.

Cristian T. has a wealth of professional experience. Cristian began their career in 2008 as the Manager of Sociedad Grafica Rancagua Ltda, a family-owned business located in Rancagua, Chile. During their tenure, they managed a team of ten people providing printing services to large industrial and export companies. Cristian diversified the company's client base, developed and implemented an internet-based back office system, and hired and trained three young technicians. In 2010, Cristian became the City Leader of FIRST TUESDAY RANCAGUA. In 2011, they were the Chief Innovation Officer/Gerente Innovación of Corporación CIDTEL, a non-profit organization focused on promoting Chile's technological development. Cristian also served as the International Business Development/Partner of Southwest Building Concepts, Inc. and the Chief Innovation Officer/Gerente Innovación of KPMG Chile. In 2012, they became a Founding Partner of INNOLAB SpA and a Partner of HumanUp. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Partner of WiseKap. Currently, Cristian is the Director of Operations at MarTeens, Escuela de Astronautas, a program that uses space exploration to teach science, technology, and mathematics. This program has partnerships with Space Foundation in the US and the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs.

Cristian T. began their education in 1993, when they earned an Ingeniero Agrónomo degree from Universidad de La Frontera in the field of Economía Agraria. In 2009, they obtained a Diploma en Innovación y Gestión Tecnológica from Universidad de Talca. Cristian then went on to receive a Magister in Gestión Tecnológica mención Biotecnología from Universidad de Talca in 2010-2012. In 2013-2015, Cristian earned a Magister en Innovación from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In 2015, they completed a Diplomado en Operación de Centros de Desarrollo Empresarial SBDC from The University of Texas at Austin in the field of Administración y gestión de empresas, general. Additionally, Cristian obtained a Test of English for International Communication - TOEIC certification from ETS Global B.V. in May 2011.
