Wes Moon

Wes Moon is an experienced professional specializing in strategy and operations within the charitable sector. Currently serving as Chief of Strategy at Frontier since August 2022, Wes also co-founded and operates as COO at Wisely, which focuses on integrating AI into charitable initiatives since May 2018. Prior roles include Manager at Blackbaud Canada, where responsibilities encompassed supporting Canadian not-for-profits, and Director of Donor Base Development at Sunnybrook Foundation, where annual fundraising exceeded $7 million. Additional experience includes strategic development positions at Trans Canada Trail and Cornerstone Group of Companies, as well as managerial roles at the University of Toronto, where significant annual fundraising efforts were coordinated. Wes holds a degree from Lakehead University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
