Kerry Kovatch Horton has a diverse work experience in human resources. Kerry started their career at Studio Dance Centre as a Community and Resource Manager / Dance Instructor from May 2016 to May 2017. Kerry then worked at AutoNation as an HR People Coordinator from May 2017 to March 2018. In 2018, they held various roles as a Corporate HR Director at Premier Care Behavioral Health, Premier Independent Physicians Group, Starwood Pharmacy, and Premier Home Health Agency. From April 2018 to August 2020, they served as a Human Resources Manager and Corporate HR Director at Summus Healthcare. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Summus Healthcare in April 2018. Kerry also worked as a Global Human Resources Director at DataQ Health and Wiseman Innovations starting from August 2020 and January 2023 respectively.
Kerry Kovatch Horton pursued their education by first attending Lamar State College Orange from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Liberal Studies. Following this, from 2004 to 2006, Kerry enrolled at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology.

Wiseman is a rapidly growing healthcare innovation company passionately working to solve the under served needs in the healthcare ecosystem. Located in Carrollton, Texas, Wiseman was founded in 2013 by a team of doctors, technologists, engineers and innovators. Right from the very start and within the first year, our early adopter ACO was a national story of success. Within three years, the performance of the ACO using our tool grew to become one of the best in the country. The providers were motivated to delivery even better performance and we adapted the product rapidly to meet evolving user needs. The increased market demand for Wiseman Platform, eventually inspired us to branch off on our own. Based on the Aha moment, that our user segment was bigger than we envisioned, we launched Wiseman Innovations as an independent entity in early 2017, to bring our unique, real-world, actionable technology approach to value-based care organizations of all shapes and sizes. We are rapidly growing and drawing significant interest from investors and private equity groups. We have been busy transforming how value-based care is practiced; implementing 3-5 value-based contracts each month and continuing to perfect our platform, services, and approach.
