Sam Parnell

Sam Parnell has been a Senior Traffic Engineer at Wiser Consultants, LLC since April 2010. Prior to that, Sam held positions as a Professional Engineer at SLPEngineering and as Director of Engineering and Chief Traffic Engineer at the City of Knoxville. Sam received their BSCE ME in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In their current role, Sam works closely with stakeholders to implement highway safety and operational improvements.
